Despite the renewal of the Lewes Arms, the Gardener's still buzzes with life, and typifies the eccentricity and joviality of Lewes folk.

The best pub in Lewes without a doubt. Normally has 5 or 6 beers and a real cider. The beers are constantly changing with the exception of the one or two Harvey's beers from over the road.

A great little pub. Good range of beers, and always popular with the locals.

Those of a nervous disposition should avoid the pub on the 4th November, when the area's Bonfire Society get a bit liberal with their use of gunpowder.
